QAC furthers commitment to customer service

Qatar Automobiles Company (QAC), the exclusive dealer of Mitsubishi Motors and FUSO in Qatar, announced a new customer-oriented strategy concentrating its after-sales services into its most popular, existing locations across Doha in Industrail Area, Abu Hamour and Al-Wakrah. Those enhanced service centres will operate alongside QAC's two main sales points on Salwa Road and Ras Laffan.

This step is strongly in line with QAC's commitment to better serve its customers providing them with a more focused approach to sales and after-sales services. QAC's top experts are now based in these workshops offering a plethora of professional, cost-effective vehicle check-up packages.

QAC is gearing up towards the upcoming inauguration of its new state of the art showroom on Salwa Road. The showroom will be an integral part of Al Wa'ab City's retail and commercial accommodations. Promoting a unique automotive shopping experience, the showroom will house a comfortable and trendy waiting area. It will also feature onsite bank approvals and transactions bank desks. QAC will offer accessories, as well as body & engine kits that can be purchased by customers to carry out related modifications on their Mitsubishi vehicles.

The company is also in the process of inaugurating its latest state-of-the-art After-Sales service facility on Street 41 of the Industrial Area which can service up to 100 cars per day.
