Purvin & Gertz is pleased to announce that Michael Sarna has relocated to its Dubai office, expanding its consulting presence and expertise in the Middle East region. Mr. Sarna has over 30 years experience in the downstream petroleum industry and has participated in assignments in over 250 refining and petrochemical plants in 30 countries.
Mr. Sarna, Vice President, joined Purvin & Gertz in 1991 and had previously directed Purvin & Gertz' West Coast consulting operations from Long Beach, California. Mr. Sarna's consulting activities have included assisting clients in the planning, development and execution of refinery, petrochemical, power generation and pipeline projects, directing crude oil and refined product market analysis as well as providing regulatory and litigation support.

Michael Sarna holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
