The Algerian cabinet has approved Wednesday the bills regarding to the projects related to the creation of the national education and training center and watchdog.
Presided over by Ahmed Ouyahia, the government noted in its communiquי that the council will be "an institution of regulation and consultation" which would have "to structure and supervise the debate on education in transparency and serenity".
