Divine Events has unveiled a sample of its stellar line-up of brands for the Emirates Millionaire Show 2006 (EMS). These include leading luxury brands such as Lamborghini, Rocket Plane, Paolo Bongia, Interstuhl, Diamond in glass and Royal Ritter, who will use the event to showcase their new models and designs.
The first tranche of names were announced at an exclusive, invitation only preview at Dubai’s Mina A’Salam hotel. Ten of some of the world’s most prestigious makers of deluxe items for the ‘super rich’ turned out for the closed event and revealed a selection of the new lines they plan to display during EMS 2006. The show is scheduled to take place at Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi from December 14 to 16.
The preview confirmed that the VIP visitors will get first view of a range of new editions of private yachts and planes, jewellery collections, antique furniture, luxury property and cutting edge fashion and design. Mr. C. K. Ashok, Lamborghini Sales Manager, Mr. Abbas Mozafarian, Chief royal jewellery designer for Mozafarian Jewels, and Ms. Natascha Schenk, N. Marx, Managing Director of Diamond in Glass, headed the select list of special guests attending the preview.
There was confirmation during the meeting that Lamborghini and Paolo Bongia will launch their new luxury ranges during EMS 2006, while electronics giant Panasonic will unveil the world’s largest widescreen TV and Interstuhl will present the world’s most expensive office chair.
In the rare and unusual category, legendary music brand Ritter Royal will showcase the most expensive guitar ever made while also on show will be Diamond Flower, the world’s most expensive computer mouse cast from 18-carat white gold and set with 59 brilliants.
The cream of Gulf society, including Sheikhs, VIPs and business leaders are expected to attend the exclusive event. Bahare Majd, Managing Director of Divine Events, said: “The Emirates Millionaire Show will exhibit some of the finest items created for the crème de la crème. This is a unique show offering first sight of bespoke luxury goods for the most demanding clientele.”
The EMS 2006 is organized by Divine Events and Global Minds and supported by Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI). It is expected to become the annual premier showcase for luxury items in the region.
