Liberate Algeria reports that the referees in the first and second national football leagues are subjected to continuous and strong pressure from clubs' presidents. In fact, the newspaper reported, there is not even one weekend that passes by without complaints from at least two representatives of the various clubs.
Those representatives from the team managements usually argue against the "referees' impartiality" and their "over decisive role in the results of a number of games". The referees however, claim that these complaints reflect the easy way of the clubs to deal with their failures on the pitch.
