President of Mali pays a visit to the World Islamic Call Society premises

According to JANA, president of Mali, Amadou Toumani Toure, paid a visit on Wednesday to the World Islamic Call Society premises where he was received by the General Secretary of the society and offices' secretaries.

President Toure toured, during this visit the departments, offices and the library of the Society . He expressed his great admiration of the library contents and the variety of its materials which were well organized.

The president was briefed about the activities of the society ever since it was just an idea in the mind of its founder, Leader Muammar Al-Gadhafi, leader of World Islamic People's Leadership, till it proved its presence in all parts of the world.

President Toure praised the society's efforts by providing assistance to the needy through its humanitarian caravans, in addition to supporting cultural and humanitarian programs in Africa generally and Mali in particular. He lauded the leader's efforts in uniting the African Continent which was crowned by the establishment of the African Union, towards the formation of the United States of Africa.

President Toure expressed his deep appreciation of the outstanding efforts in organizing and administering the sessions of the AU summit conference held in serte and the historical results that will have tremendous impact on the future of the African continent and enhancing the material and moral standards of Africans. He stressed that such successes would not be realized without the will and resolve of the leader Maummar Al-Gathafi and his wisdom in handling all African causes.
