ALBAWABA - CNN reports that a person of interest is being held in custody after being linked to the Brown University shooting in Rhode Island.
The mass shooting that occurred inside the Barus and Holley engineering building at the Ivy League university left two students dead and nine others injured. Josh Estrella told CNN that authorities have a "person of interest" in custody but didn't disclose their identity.

Rachel Friedberg, an economics professor, told Ocean State Radio that the shooter entered a review session, yelled something, and started shooting.
She added, "Students started to scramble to try to get away from the shooter, trying to get lower down in the stadium seating, and people got shot."
Residents in the Brown University area were told to stay in their homes as the manhunt for the suspect continues.
