Riyadh plans to bill foreign pilgrims to its Islamic holy sites for health services which have previously been provided free of charge, according to a newspaper report.

On Sunday, Arab News quoted a statement from Health Minister Dr. Hamad Al-Manie, which did not provide a date for the levies to begin on foreigners making the annual hajj and umrah pilgrimages to Mecca and Medina. (Albawaba.com)
