Phantom Debuts At New Dealership In Oman

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars celebrated the launch of the new Phantom in Oman today with the announcement of Al Jenaibi International Automobiles as the exclusive representatives for Rolls-Royce in the market.
The appointment of Al Jenaibi and the dedicated showroom in Al-Qurum follows an increasing demand for Rolls-Royce cars in Oman.
Sheikh Ahmed Suhail Bahwan of Al Jenaibi, said, “Our company is already one of Oman’s most prestigious representatives of luxury cars in the region. With the addition of Rolls-Royce to our portfolio, the world’s pinnacle automotive brand, we cement our reputation as the leading Omani automobile experts. The past three years have seen us continually invest in developing and growing our automobile business.”
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars´ Managing Director for Europe and the Middle East, Axel Obermüller, said, “The appointment of Al Jenaibi is an important step in the expansion plans for Rolls-Royce in the Middle East, as we have now established dealerships in all six GCC countries.”
“Al Jenaibi is perfectly positioned to provide true Rolls-Royce service to our customers in the area. We anticipate continued development throughout the region for the brand, leading the way for the launch of the new Rolls-Royce convertible in 2007.”
The Rolls-Royce Phantom remains the best-selling super luxury car in the world, with sales in 2005 at a 15-year-high. Rolls-Royce expects to sell about 800 cars worldwide in 2006. Next year Rolls-Royce will have a three model line-up, with the new convertible set to join the Phantom family.
The addition of this new partner in Oman brings the total worldwide number of Rolls-Royce dealers to 78.

•       Rolls-Royce Motor Cars currently has nine dealers in the Middle East region: in Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Doha, Jeddah, Kuwait City, Lahore, Muscat and Riyadh.
