Pause Business Centre Achieves Major Headway during the Last Two Years
PAUSE for Real Estate Marketing and Development recently announced the launch of several new projects after the huge success the company achieved with the release of its 'Diyar al Salt Farms' during the first quarter of the current year.
The 'Diyar al Salt Farms' is one of the most stunning projects in the kingdom, which was launched in collaboration with Naffa' Investment Group. The project consists of luxurious model farms that were built according to unprecedented high specifications. Year- round services are provided to the farms in order to ensure that the project serves as a recreational facility for the owners.
PAUSE has provided many services already for the 'Diyar al Salt Farms', including: fencing the entire project with a 1.2 metre high wall; constructing a main entrance gate for the project; constructing a paved base course road for the project; creating a water network for the project; creating an electricity network for the project; lighting the entire project; providing architectural blueprints for several designs of holiday homes; installing a security system of for the project; in addition to repairing and paving the roads leading to the project.
PAUSE also announced that it has established a sister company called 'Ittijar' specialising in international commercial brands. Ittijar will be charged with providing all the auxiliary materials to the housing and commercial sector. The creation of 'Ittijar' came about as PAUSE believes in the necessity of developing the real estate and housing sector in line with the future economic vision for Jordan and the performance of the real estate market.
