The ORDNING&REDA “Valentine Message Exchange” was a huge success in the run up to Valentines Day with hundreds of Valentine messages left;
ORDNING&REDA set up “Valentines Message Exchanges” outside their two stores in DIFC and Ibn Battuta to encourage people to leave Love Notes for their Valentines, friends and family;
Some of the messages express poetic expressions of love while others take on more of a cynical approach to the day dedicated to love.
Valentine’s Day is historically a day on which lovers express their affections for each other by sending love notes in the form of "valentines".
This Valentine’s Day, ORDNING&REDA set up “Valentines Message Exchanges” at both their DIFC and Ibn Battuta stores, to encourage people to leave messages for their loved ones, friends and family for all of Dubai to see.
The Valentine’s Notes are now on display in the store windows for their Valentine’s to view, the ORDNING&REDA store origami artist will soon be shaping colourful hanging paper displays created from the love notes for all to see.
Some of the messages left for their loved ones were full of poetic sentiment;
“My pen is black my ink is pale my love for you will never fail"
