Orange Mobile revamps its Pay Monthly Offer "Club"
Orange Mobile has announced Orange Mobile's revamp of Club offer in a press conference held at Intercontinental Hotel on Tuesday 29th of April.
In the press conference that was headed by CEO of Jordan Telecom Group Mr. Mickael Ghossein and the CEO of Orange Mobile Mrs. Majd Shweikeh, the company publicized its new Pay As You Go (PAYG) Loyalty Program and the Club Revamp offer, as well as a couple of other new services. The conference was also attended by Orange Mobile Marketing Director Mr. Wasfi Safadi and several concerned representatives from the company.
Commenting on the new offers Ghossein explained: “The new cutting edge offers from Orange Mobile are launched because we at Jordan Telecom Group believe in the importance of responding to our customers’ growing needs. People need value for money coupled with quality and that is what we offer to all segments of Orange subscribers.”
Announcing the Club Revamp offer, Shweikeh explained that: “Our goal has been, and will always be, to improve our services to meet our customer needs and add more value to the lives of subscribers, and hence came the Club Revamp offer under which Club subscribers will be charged per second and from the first second and offers up to 50% extra free hours, in addition to free monthly GPRS and SMS bundles that are offered to all Club subscribers.”
The names of the old packages in the Club offer have been replaced, as "Essential" became “Gold” and comes with a free monthly GPRS bundle of 50 MB, Professional became “Platinum” with 100 free MB monthly and VIP is now “Diamond” and includes 150 free MB in its monthly bundle. The Club
Revamp also offers subscribers the choice between three completely free monthly fees and a handset subsidy.
The previous "Club" from Orange Mobile provided a fixed tariff day and night to all networks, a tariff that gets as low as 1 piaster per minute to friends and family Orange Mobile numbers, subsidy on handsets and the ability to carry over the unutilized bundles for the next month. These advantages can still be enjoyed with the new Club offer.
During the conference, Shweikeh underlined the recently launched GPRS bundles for the prepaid and postpaid which starts with less than 1 JD for 10MB bundle, JD 3.99 for the 70 MB bundle, the 1 GB for less than 15 JD's and the 5 GB for 24.99 JD's. In addition to that, the first 500 user of the service will receive unlimited download for less than 40 JDs to give the chance to a wide range of customers to surf the internet and stay connected.
The new PAYG Loyalty Program grants any continuously active Orange subscriber new modified incentives in the form of an additional percentage on every recharge and on all denominations. Shweikeh clarified: “At Orange, we make sure our loyal subscribers are rewarded for their loyalty. In this offer, eligible customers are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program, and the bonus credit is also automatically provided each time the subscriber recharges the line. The older the subscriber is, the higher the percentage of bonus credit.”
Furthermore, Mrs. Shweikeh revealed during the conference a new service from Orange “On Air Roaming” service saying: "Offering roaming services on aircrafts to our subscribers traveling on board of different airlines is the result of our continuous efforts to provide them with the latest technologies. This service allows passengers to use the different mobile phone functions such as making and receiving calls as well as sending and receiving short messages while traveling. We have already signed a collaboration agreement with On-Air company which already holds an agreement with Royal Jordanian and Air France and several other airlines, and by this we have become one of the first telecom operators in the region and the world to provide this service.”
“Offering people real value is a well-established company policy at the Jordan Telecom Group. At our company, all subscribers receive maximum benefit from the services we provide, and for very competitive costs,” Ghossein concluded.
