Removing administrative burdens from employees and automating processes enables them to focus on achieving their objectives, rather than writing and filing new ones every few months, heard delegates at the recent Oracle HCM Roadshow, which visited six cities around the region during September. Touching over 400 HR specialists from industries ranging from finance to manufacturing, the Oracle experts demonstrated thought leadership trends in the HR fields designed to drive workforce excellence in middle eastern enterprise companies.
With issues ranging from talent acquisition through incentivising staff to identify potential candidates, to enabling employees to manage their pension or stock portfolio online, an integrated collaborative system can dramatically reduce the time taken by employees or the HR department in filling out forms and paper pushing, which results in lowered costs, as well as increased employee satisfaction.
“Finding and retaining quality staff in a dynamic market is a challenge to all of the key verticals driving growth in the Middle Eastern economy at present,” commented Dana Murugan, Senior Marketing Director, Oracle Middle East & Africa. “Enabling companies to equip their HR team with automated processes to deliver fast and efficient in-house services to employees decreases the attrition rate, and allows companies a better insight in to trends within the company, as well as freeing up the HR team to focus on talent acquisition and retention.”
As well as an insight into existing solutions offered by Oracle to address HR concerns, delegates were able to discus the HCM Solutions Roadmap, as well as get a sneak peek at the upcoming Oracle E-Business Suite R-12 release, due to launch towards the end of the year. Sessions in specific modules such as Talent Management, Payroll Management, and Global Workforce Optimization were held to drill down into the specifics of these pressing issues, and delegates heard local and global customer case studies which delivered an insight into real-life scenarios where businesses benefited from implementing Oracle HCM Solutions.
The Oracle Human Capital Management Roadshow visited Manama (Bahrain), Muscat (Oman), Amman (Jordan), Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and Dubai (UAE).
