The Omani State Council Sunday held its 13th meeting of the year under the chairmanship of Dr. Yahya bin Mahfoudh al-Manthri, Council President. Having endorsed the minutes of its previous regular meeting, the office reviewed the procedures to implement decisions of that meeting, ONA reported.
