Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed al Salmi, Oman’s Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, left Muscat Monday with his accompanying delegation for Egypt to participate in the deliberations of the 12th conference for the Islamic research academy which will be held under the slogan "This is Islam", Oman News Agency said.
Sheikh Al Salmi was seen off by Sayyid Harib bin Hamad bin Saud, Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs Undersecretary, the Egyptian ambassador to the Sultanate and senior ministry officials. (Albawaba.com)
