Deputy chief of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization (IAEO) for planning and international affairs, Mohammad Saeedi, said on Saturday that it would be reasonable for Iran and EU to avoid any threatening approach towards the nuclear case and merely solve it through negotiations.

Saeedi who is member of negotiating team with EU, told IRNA that finding proper ways to tackle the issue is the best way to solve it in order to remove the European concerns in this respect and at the same time completely restore Iran's rights for access to nuclear fuel cycle, according to Article 4 of the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).

Saeedi added that if the matters are solved through practical, rational, legal and technical ways, the positive outcome of such negotiation will be to the interest of Iran, Europe and the US as well.
