Novacel Turkey is managed by a dedicated Business Area Director, Ms Tülay Sancaktar.
The international sales network operating throughout the world sells products from all Novacel plants, and is supported by customer service centers, ensuring local service and efficient order handling.
With this more end-use focused organisation, Novacel is raising its customer service to a new level. It permits the company to concentrate and focus more deeply on the customers' business challenges and end-use products' requirements, and to develop the best and most competitive solutions together with the customers.
