The award was received for the branches in Abu Dhabi, managed by Emirates Leisure Retail, the franchise partner for Jumeirah Restaurants in Abu Dhabi, Oman, and Melbourne, Australia. Damian Lyons, Operations Manager for the noodle house, Abu Dhabi, and Nathan Hunt, Executive Sous Chef for Emirates Leisure Retail, received the award, during a gala ceremony, at the Yas Island Rotana Hotel. The awards ceremony, organised by ITP, was attended by leading professionals from the leisure, tourism and hospitality sectors.
