New University in Syria

Syrian Minister of Higher Education Hani Murtada has opened a new private university named “the Syrian International for Sciences and Technology.” The new university, which is situated in Damascus, consists of 22 colleges including a wide variety of study fields such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Engineering, Computer, Oil Engineering and Management. Rector of the University Abdul Majid Abdul Hadi al-Saadoun has noted that the University’s education quality will be in line with the international standards
