Yahia Guidoum, the Minister responsible for the Youth and Sports, at the time of a visit on Tuesday August 30, announced that a new Sports Complex with a total cost of about 16 million dinars will be built in Oran. On the same day the Minister also participated in a ceremony that took place in the Youth and Sport Center of Ain El Truck. During this ceremony, the winner of football tournament of juniors was given a special award.
