ALBAWABA - The government media office in Gaza revealed that a third mass grave was found inside the Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza.
According to the media office on Wednesday, to this moment, 49 bodies were recovered from the mass grave.
The latest discovery raises the number of mass graves found inside Gaza hospitals to seven.
The office also held the United States responsible for mass graves, and called on for an international investigation into "Israel’s crimes against medics, wounded, and displaced."
After the withdrawal of Israeli troops from the Al-Shifa Hospital complex, about 381 bodies were recovered. In addition, a mass grave with 324 bodies was uncovered at Gaza’s Nasser Hospital, according to information released by members of Gaza Civil Defense in April.
In late April, OHCHR said "disturbing reports" about mass graves in Gaza revealed that Palestinian victims were reportedly found stripped naked with their hands tied.
The United Nations organization said that the new reports renew concerns about possible war crimes amid ongoing Israeli airstrikes and attacks on Gaza in the latest aggression which began on Oct. 7.
