Lebanese MP Nassib Lahoud and his political allies will formally launch the Democratic Renewal Movement on Sunday, reported the Daily Star on Saturday.
Some 50 founding members will attend a closed meeting to elect the party’s 15-seat executive council and finalize a platform.
The executive committee will convene on Monday to distribute responsibilities among its members.
The meeting will be followed by a news conference, during which the party’s platform will be unveiled, said the paper – Albawaba.com
