New appointments in F&B for Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City

Pasquale Baiguera, the hotel’s General Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City announced the recent appointment of Adil Souate as the new F&B Manager for the hotel.

“Souate brings with him specialist experience of working in hotels of different categories across countries. He has been an integral part of the opening team for three hotels in the UAE and has superior skills in the setup and management of restaurants, bars, banqueting and hotel operation.

“We believe that Souate’s ability to manage all kitchen operations and his experience of introducing new concepts in food and beverages gives him an edge in his new role,” said Baiguera.

With 13 years of experience in food and beverage operations in the hotel industry, Souate has held several positions in the UAE and U.K. prior to joining the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City.

Baiguera further said: “Souate brings an unswerving commitment to delivering the highest standards and inspiring his teams to do the same. I am sure that his enthusiasm and expertise will lead to further success for the property."

Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City’s F&B division has grown to strengths with his appointment, supported by the recent promotion of Giovanni Rullo as Assistant F&B Manager.

Previously in charge of the Italian Restaurant Certo, Rullo will direct and manage all food and beverage activities under the general guidance of the F&B Manager, and will be responsible to maximise food and beverage revenue, profitability and quality goals.

“Giovanni has been an extremely hands-on manager for Certo in the past and now in his new role, he will extend the same capability and excellence across all outlets,” said Baiguera.

The duo will focus on developing standards and concepts as well as maintain the quality service Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City stands for.
