At least four people were wounded in a blast at a private financial office building in Kathmandu Thursday afternoon, a police officer said. The explosion has also caused damages in the walls of the building and shattered the window panes of a bank office and a neighboring house, it was reported.
The local security forces have cordoned off the area. No one has claimed responsibility for the explosion. (Albawaba.com)
