Under the umbrella of “Kia Charity and Care” and in line with its CSR strategy, National Arab Motors Kia-Jordan supported the SOS Children’s Village Association during the Holy month of Ramadan.
The initiative, which involved adopting one of SOS houses by National Arab Motors to help orphans become active members of society, was announced during a meeting at the SOS offices between Mr. Samir Tayeh, the President of Kia-Jordan and Ms. Lina Molla, National Director of SOS Children’s Village Association, Jordan.
Commenting on this initiative, Mr. Samir Tayeh said “Our support of SOS Children’s Village Association stems from our commitment to provide needed assistance to local community organizations. We value the role that SOS Village plays to ensure social security and decent standards of living for orphans.”
On her part, Ms. Lina Molla, Directors of SOS Children’s Village Association-Jordan expressed her gratitude to the National Arab Motors Kia-Jordan for their support in this initiative.
Ms. Molla added, “We believe that social integration is the responsibility of all organizations and individuals and we call on all private sector companies to intensify their efforts in supporting charity organizations whose aim is to provide a better way of life for the less fortunate members of society.”
It is worth mentioning that this initiative, led by SOS Children Village, provides children with all the daily necessities such as food and education, enabling them to lead a decent life in a safe family environment.
