ALBAWABA- Hezbollah's Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah, in his first address following the recent Israeli attacks on Lebanon, vowed severe retaliation for the mass targeting of Hezbollah’s wireless communication devices.

The explosions, which occurred over the past two days, targeted thousands of pagers used by Hezbollah members and resulted in the deaths of dozens and the injury of thousands.

In his speech, Nasrallah condemned the attacks, stating that Israel had violated all red lines and international laws by orchestrating such a large-scale assault.

He referred to the explosions as "terrorist massacres" and accused the Israeli enemy of attempting to kill 5,000 people in mere minutes by detonating the devices.

Nasrallah praised the Lebanese government, the Ministry of Health, and the Civil Defense for their swift response and tireless efforts in managing the crisis. He also thanked nations like Iran and Iraq for quickly providing medical aid.

While he confirmed that Hezbollah had suffered a significant blow, he emphasized that the resistance remains unshaken and resilient.

Regarding Hezbollah’s response, Nasrallah refrained from specifying the time or location of their retaliation, stating that the enemy would face a "severe reckoning and just punishment" when they least expect it.

He made it clear that Hezbollah would not cease its operations in support of Gaza and the West Bank despite the Israeli attacks.

In closing, Nasrallah criticized Israeli leaders like Netanyahu, Gallant, Ben Gvir, and Smotrich for leading their nation toward destruction with reckless actions, warning that any attempt by Israel to establish a security buffer zone in Lebanon would be met with fierce resistance.

He concluded by reaffirming Hezbollah’s strength, stating that the recent attacks, though severe, would not cripple the resistance.
