naseba and ICLIF Leadership & Governance Centre have announced their partnership to co-organise Leading Leaders Programs. The alliance will combine naseba's strength in marketing, sales and organisation of business summits and professional trainings on an international scale, with ICLIF's expertise in leadership solution programs and advisory services. ICLIF, not-for-profit corporation established by Bank Negara Malaysia, is a full service provider of practical and usable leadership development, organisational performance, corporate governance programs and advisory services that are designed to enable sustainable and responsible business growth.
The partnership is set on developing Leading Leaders Programs in November in Mumbai, India. The 6-day program is a platform for participants to assess their own current performance as leaders and the performance of their organisation against key pillars of sustainable growth. Based on this assessment, each participant will uncover the concrete actions and behaviours to unlock potential and maximise performance both at the individual and organisation level.
In the long run, the alliance objective is also to expand the program in other growing regional markets, such as Middle East and North Africa, where naseba has established a strong footprint.
Denis Connolly, ICLIF Director of Client Strategy, commented, "The ICLIF Leadership Centre and naseba are proud to launch this internationally-acclaimed executive leadership development program in India. This 6-day Leading Leaders program is by invitation only and is extended to CEO's and top tier executives from leading and fast-growing companies in Asia. We look forward to our strategic partnership with naseba, as we expand our footprint in the region. ICLIF and naseba offer a unique and compelling value proposition to our mutual clients by delivering high quality Leadership Programs across all industries."
The Leading Leaders program's main outcomes are to identify and improve personal leadership style, assess the collective leadership performance of teams; focus the entire organisation on its core mission by pro-actively shaping and aligning business strategy, organisation design and culture; negotiate successfully to resolve conflict and build win-win relationships; lead change throughout the organisation such that it is successful and long-lasting.
Scott Ragsdale, Chairman, naseba commented, "Over the past 5 years, naseba has been present in India, hosting executive conferences, forums, and trainings tailored to the India market. Now, naseba's alliance with ICLIF enables us to expand our reach in supporting the growth of businesses through tailor made executive trainings.
The opportunities this partnership presents are excellent, both in terms of strengthening naseba's presence across India and Asia Pacific, as well as aligning our objectives with developments in the region."
