Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) named recently the plaza being implemented on the International Queen Alia Airport Road, and the road extending from Princess Basma Street to the plaza after HRH Prince Al-Hussein Ibn Abdullah II, the Crown Prince.
Amman City Council approved, in its recent session, Mayor of Amman, Eng. Omar Maani’s recommendation to name the plaza being implemented on the International Queen Alia Airport Road, and the road extending from Princess Basma Street to Prince Al-Hussein Ibn Abdullah II Intersection after his Royal Highness, Al-Hussein Ibn Abdullah II the Crown Prince.
The Council also decided to name the street extending from Al-Quds Street and Prince Al-Hussein Ibn Abdullah II Street after the Honorable (Prophet) Companion, Abu Baker Al-Sedeeq, and the Street extending from Queen Zain El-Sharaf to Prince Al-Hussein Ibn Abdullah II Street after the Martyr Al-Shareef Ali Bin Zaid AAl ‘Oun.
