Today MTC Group and The Hiring Solutions Company signed an agreement to implement a more effective Human Resource function that includes an investment in a cutting edge Sniperhire recruitment solution along with a dedicated careers site content management system. Using the dedicated careers site, candidates can apply online, monitor career opportunities available within the organization, and get response feedback within the shortest time possible. The reason for the short time response is that once their details are in the system the Applicant tracking system helps the hiring manager process the candidates’ applications and manage the recruitment process more effectively.
