Fadi Fayez Khoury is a professional and successful Restaurateur with over 40 years experience in the Hospitality and Restaurant Industry. His professional career began in 1964 when he joined the ranks of Khoury family’s Burj Al Hamam’s restaurant staff.  Until 1990 he worked with his father to further develop the image, brand and growth of Burj Al Hamam.  During this time, other branches of the restaurant were opened outside of Lebanon.

In 1990 he took over the process of branding the name and image of Burj al Hamam.  Through market research he determined the most effective methods to meet changing demands in the Hospitality Industry and began to accept proposals from interested parties to franchise the Burj al Hamam concept. Additional branches within Lebanon established themselves such as the expansion and renovation of the existing restaurant in Antelias in 1992, the opening of the new branch Broumana in 1996, the opening of the Italian Pub & Restaurant Boccalino in 2000 and the opening of Burj al Hamam at the Movenpick hotel in Beirut in 2003. Burj Al Hamam’s concept was than franchised throughout Lebanon, Jordan in 2001, Kuwait in 2004, and the United Arab Emirates in 2008.

Through dedication, hard work, innovative and proactive planning, Mr. Khoury has created an image of professionalism.  The image and brand concept of Burj Al Hamam are very internationally renowned and recognized as ‘the place to go’ for exceptional Lebanese cuisine.

Mr. Khoury’s future plans include further expansion internationally and continued improvement locally.
