Morocco denied Wednesday reports that it imported contaminated human blood from Britain, reported ArabicNews.com
A health ministry official told the news service Morocco did not import blood infected with “Creutzfeld Jakob disease infected blood from British labs.”
The Guardian reported on February 5th that Creutzfeld Jakob disease tainted blood was exported to several countries, including Morocco.
The official said that inspection conducted following the report showed that no such products were imported from the concerned labs – Albawaba.com
