Morocco and France signed an agreement granting Morocco an amount of 9.2 million dirhams on Thursday September 22 in Rabat for the implementation of the National Initiative of Human Development (INDH). The agreement aims to finance the first phase of INDH, which envisages the installment of basic infrastructures in Tetouan and to increase living standard in the area. Yabiladi reports that the agreement was singed by Driss Benhima, the general manager of Agency for economic and social development, and Philippe Faure, the ambassador of France in Morocco. This agreement is the first international financing for the Initiative.
