Morocco takes an active part in the 25th Book Fair of Paris, which started on Friday March 18 and will last until Wednesday March 23. The participation of Moroccan publishing houses in the fair was initiated by the Department of Culture in conjunction with the cooperation and cultural service of the French Embassy in Morocco.
<i>Emarrakech</i> reports that 12 Moroccan Publishing Houses will participate in this fair, displaying more than 400 different books with the aim of promoting Moroccan authors. Six Moroccan authors were invited to participate in the fair and in this sense the Moroccan stand will not be only a place to exhibit books but also a meeting place for the Moroccan authors and international readers.
