mohammed bin rashid programme for leadership development (mbrpld), an innovative leadership program designed to develop future national leaders capable of promoting the sustainable development of dubai, has announced that it has recently launched dubai policy watch forum, which is one of the periodic activities under its government leaders program. the forum has been designed to help participants create development plans, while it also provides a global perspective of dubai's government policies, industrial and other sectoral performance, and the activities of local and multinational companies. the forum also tackles various challenges and opportunities faced by incumbent and future leaders of the society
the inaugural session of dubai policy watch forum was graced by duke corporate education ceo kim taylor-thompson, one of the world's leading figures in the area of leadership development who served as keynote speaker of the event. the forum generated strong interest from the participants of the government leaders program, a level of mbrpld, who actively participated in the open discussions and q&a session of the event.
