Modern Industries Company (MIC), the makers of Tide, paved the way for fostering young national talent at the Jeddah Mawhiba Forum held recently under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Abdul Majeed bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Makkah Region.

As Main Sponsor of the Jeddah Mawhiba Forum, MIC actively participated in Forum activities and presented the objectives of Jeddah Science Innovation Club and its facilities.
Ahmed Linjawi, External Affairs Director at reiterated the Company's commitment to education as it prepares to launch the Jeddah Science Innovation Club, a far-reaching initiative in the field of education in the Kingdom. The goal of the project is to encourage male and female students to discover and develop their scientific skills and abilities through specialized scientific programs under one roof. The Club's activities are supervised and managed by the Science and Student Activity Department of the General Directorate of Education in the Makkah Area. Modern Industries Company has invested SR 7 million in the project which encompasses laboratories for computer, biology, mathematics and astronomy, as well as instruction and lecture rooms, workshops and a science library.
The Jeddah Science Innovation Club plans to realize a number of goals that include participating in reviving leadership in science, raising a creativity-oriented generation of students by developing their creative abilities through utilizing interesting and advanced scientific programs, and honoring local and international achievements in science.
