Yemen's President Ali Abdullah Saleh met on Thursday a member of the Cuban ruling party's politburo and State Council, Bidro Ross Layal.
According to SABA, during the meeting, Layal conveyed a letter from the Cuban president Fidel
Castro to the Yemeni president.
