ALBAWABA - Israel declared a national emergency as massive wildfires engulfed Palestine's Jerusalem hills.
According to Israel Hyom, countries such as Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, and Italy deployed many firefighters to extinguish the raging fires.
Similar fires broke out in the Jerusalem Hills last week, and firefighters could not extinguish them for 21 hours.
Israeli police announced the evacuation of civilians near the affected areas for further safety precautions, and in fear of the fire spreading into more residential areas.
