A mass grave of Iranian troops was disclosed at Tanumeh area, Iraq near the location where the Iranian army carried out "Karbala five" offensive to repulse Iraqi forces from Iranian territory in 1986, IRNA reported. Commander of the Special Committee in charge of digging the war-fronts to locate those Missing in Action (MIAS) Brigadier General Mir Feisal Baqerzadeh said.
According to him, remains of the soldiers will be moved to Iran after the completion of excavation operations.
