Mashreq has announced the launch of ‘Mashreq Learning Systems - Centre for Excellence,’ a new world class Learning and Development centre, located in Dubai Outsource Zone.
Marked with an official opening ceremony attended by His Excellency Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair, CEO of Mashreq, the 15,000 sq. ft. centre will provide Mashreq employees, UAE National trainees, and key project managers with the opportunity to enhance their career through the undertaking of key courses related to their area of expertise. The centre will also focus on the development of customer care; ensuring clients receive globally recognized standards of service.
Staff training and development is an important focal area for Mashreq. As one of the UAE’s leading financial institutions, Mashreq strives to provide their employees with the very best opportunities to further their skills and knowhow. The launch of this centre reflects Mashreq’s commitment to investment in its employees and the positive return it will have in the employees. The centre will provide the necessary training to enhance employee’s proficiency and performance to become highly skilled individuals.
The training facility can accommodate at least 100 participants at any given time for instructor-led training programmes, with each session held in one of the interactive enabled training room. In addition, the centre encourages independent learning and self study by providing a dedicated Independent Learning Centre, video viewing, near-live branch simulation, assessment, fully fledged library and coaching areas.
