Omani Sultan Qaboos bin Said received at his palace in Salalah Sunday evening Nelson Mandela, South Africa’s former president.
"During the meeting cordial conversation was exchanged and several matters of joint interest in the light of developments in the international arena in terms of events and changes were reviewed," Oman News agency reported.
Mandela arrived in the capital Muscat earlier that day on a two-day visit. (Albawaba.com)
