Mali’s President Alpha Oumar Konare arrived in Kuwait Monday on an official visit the Gulf state for talks with emir Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and other senior officials, reported the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
This is Konare's second visit to Kuwait, said the agency.
