Dr.Tan Siri Sanosi bin Junaid, Head of the Supreme Council of the International Islamic University in Malaysia is expected to arrive in Muscat this Sunday for a four-day official visit to the Sultanate of Oman, in response to an invitation extended by Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed al-Salmi, Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs.
The Malaysian official is expected to meet with high-level officials in the Sultanate, where he is to review matters related to enhancing relations of cooperation in the Higher Education field, the Oman News Agency reported Monday.
In addition, he will also visit the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, Sultan Qaboos University and acquaint himself with the developmental progress in the Omani Sultanate. (Albawaba.com)
