Libyan media: Dbeibeh dismisses foreign minister al-Mangoush

ALBAWABA - Libyan media reported that Interim Prime Minister of Libya Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh will officially be dismissing foreign minister Najla al-Mangoush over a "secret meeting" with the Israeli foreign minister.
