A phone call was conducted Sunday between Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi and President Zein al Abdeen Ben Ali of Tunisia, during which Kadhafi congratulated Ben Ali on the 17th anniversary of the 7th of November which restored to Tunisia its "original face."
According to JANA, Kadhafi and President Ben Ali, a member of the Conference of Leaders and Heads of States of the Community also reviewed during the phone call the situation in the Community, especially the latest developments in the Ivory Coast, a member of the Community.
