Libya’s Deputy Minister For Foreign Affairs Saad Moustafa Mujber began meetings at the French foreign ministry on Friday to discuss bilateral ties in a number of areas, official sources told Kuwaiti official news agency (KUNA).
Mujber, who is in charge of cooperation issues in the Libyan government, is meeting with the Foreign Ministry Secretary-General Loic Hennekine and he will also be received by French Cooperation Minister Charles Josselin.
The discussions will address all aspects of bilateral relations, the French foreign ministry said.
These will include political dialogue, economic relations and cooperation. France has been seeking to strengthen ties with Libya since the United Nations lifted its economic embargo against the Arab African country.
