The new partnership was officially announced at an outdoor event held on the evening of October 4th 2007 at the SmartBuy outlet located beside the 7th Circle area. The event featured live entertainment provided by singing sensation Tareq Bajjali and was attended by members of the LGE management team and the retired Jordanian football Captain Mohannad Mahadeen, who autographed footballs for his fans. The young attendees also enjoyed face painting and balloon shaping activities. LGE also distributed gifts for all those present.
Through the new partnership made, LGE will be displaying its diversified product line-ups, including the latest from its personal computers, digital home appliances, CRT, PDP and LCD display panels and mobile phones product range in addition to a large variety of digital home appliances such washing machines, microwave ovens, and refrigerators among others. LGE’s interactive display will allow eager buyers an opportunity to try the product first-hand before buying them.
