Lexus, the most dependable brand for the 14th consecutive year
Lexus has achieved distinctive results in the J.D. Power dependability study, and was ranked as the most dependable brand for the 14th year in a row.
This achievement comes to enhance the position of Lexus brand as the most dependable car company, as it continuously develops its products and its quality factors. Lexus has reported the minimum problems according to customer’s satisfaction survey, setting it in the forefront of cars companies worldwide
The Vehicle Dependability Study was based on surveys taken of 52,000 original owners of three year-old vehicle, and observes the number of problems that the car faces then score the cars based on the number of problems. In addition to Lexus topping the manufacturer list, the brand led six vehicle segments; the winners included the ES 330, GX 470, IS 300, LS 430, LX 470 and SC 430.
This award is added to Lexus record of achievements, as it topped man lists that include; J.D. power satisfaction index for the eighth time in a row, 10 Most Fuel-Efficient Luxury SUVs, and achieved “5 Stars” in Euro NCAP tests.
