A judge issued arrest warrants against a doctor and a nurse at Ras Baalbek Hospital in northeast Lebanon Thursday after being accused of negligence and causing the death of a soldier, a judicial source told The Daily Star.
The source said that Military Prosecutor Judge Sakr Sakr ordered the arrest of a male doctor and nurse and charged them with negligence during the practice of their profession which resulted in the death of a soldier, who was admitted to the hospital.
The two suspects were referred to the Military Investigative Judge Riad Abu Ghaida.
