The Internal Security Forces arrested four suspected drug dealers earlier this week, including a man wanted by Interpol, a statement from the ISF reported Saturday.

The Central Drug Enforcement Office arrested a wanted Palestinian man, identified as N.H., on March 8. He is suspected of trafficking drugs and starting a fire in Beirut’s Verdun neighborhood, and is wanted by Interpol for armed robbery in Cyprus, according to the ISF.

The statement said N.H. admitted to buying the drugs from a Syrian national identified as Aa.Z.A., who lives in Lebanon.

The Syrian's “right-hand man,” identified as M.S., delivered drugs to dealers in Mount Lebanon. He was also arrested, along with two other men identified as Sh.A. and M.A.

A variety of drugs and pills were also seized during the arrest, including cocaine, heroin, MDMA, and LSD, the statement added.
