Air raids have left scores of people dead over the past 24 hours in Raqqa and Deir al-Zor in Syria, provinces in northern and eastern Syria dominated by Daesh, Reuters reported.
The Britain-based group Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that the death toll near Deir al-zor had reached 44. The airstrikes were carried out by Russian or Syrian warplanes.
In Raqqa, Daesh's main stronghold in Syria, at least 32 people were killed in the airstrikes.
